One point perspective is a drawing method that shows how things appear to get smaller as they get further away, converging towards a single 'vanishingpoint' on the horizon line. It is a way of drawing objects upon a flat piece of paper (or other drawing surface) so that they look three-dimensional and realistic.
Two point perspective drawing is a type of linearperspective. Linear perspective is a method using lines to create the illusion of space on a 2D surface. ...Two point perspective uses two points placed on the horizon line. Three point perspective uses three vanishing points.

Definition of three-point perspective. :linearperspective in which parallel lines along the width of an object meet at two separate points on the horizon and vertical lines on the object meet at a point on the perpendicular bisector of the horizon line.

Dimensions are usually drawn between the walls to specify room sizes and wall lengths.
